Payment Methods

ACH (Preferred)

ACH payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider and are completed outside of our website. Orders placed using the ACH payment option will be set to “Awaiting Payment” status and will not be processed or shipped until the payment has been received and confirmed.

 

When using our ACH payment portal, if an ACH payment is returned or rejected by your bank, a $15 processing fee will be added to the outstanding balance and must be paid along with the original order total. In this situation, the ability to place new orders and use offline payment privileges through our portal will be temporarily revoked. Customers will not be able to place new orders using offline payment methods and will instead be limited to paying by credit card for new orders. Customers may still access the ACH portal to submit payment for the outstanding balance. Once the ACH payment clears and remains in good standing for three business days, offline payment privileges will be restored.

 

Credit and Debit Cards

A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit or debit card payments and added to the final order total at checkout.

Bank Wire, Zelle, and Checks

We also accept payment via bank wire, Zelle, or check. Please contact your sales representative directly to place and process orders using these payment methods.
